Cooking Class: Traditional Gnocchi Made by Hand

Gnocchi is sure to become your favorite pasta after this hands-on cooking class with Chef Oumar!


Under the guidance of Chef Oumar, you'll learn how to make gnocchi by hand and a homemade sauce to pair with the potato pasta. To begin the class, you'll mash russet potatoes and combine them with flour and eggs to make a gnocchi dough. Master the time-honored techniques for kneading the dough and shaping it into the perfect fluffy pasta. As the pasta cooks, make either a rustic tomato sauce or a rich brown butter sage sauce to enjoy with your gnocchi. Season with fresh basil, parsley or thyme, and finish with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. End the class by enjoying your homemade feast.
