Make fettuccine from scratch and a fresh tomato sauce to pair with it in this cooking class with Chef Damon!
You'll begin the class by learning the time-honored technique for making fettuccine noodles with flour, eggs and water. Then, learn how to properly knead the dough, roll it out and cut it into fettuccine. As the pasta boils, whip up a homemade tomato sauce seasoned with Parmesan and salt. Top your noodles with sauce and enjoy your homemade feast.

We had a great experience learning from Chef Damon. Not only were the results of our efforts utterly delicious, but Chef Damon was also a gracious host and shared lots of wisdom we could apply to making dishes of all kinds throughout the evening. I couldn't recommend his class more!
