Cooking Class: Craft Szechuan Cuisine

In this cooking class, you will learn how to make classic Szechuan dishes with Chef Rui.


You'll begin the class by using organic tofu to make Ma Po tofu. Whip up a spicy sauce with Sichuan peppercorn and chili bean paste to pair with the tofu. Next, practice your knife skills by chopping cucumber, bell pepper and chicken to make Kong Pao chicken flavored with fresh peanuts. You'll learn how to master frying up dishes in a wok and learn professional cooking techniques. Finish the meal on a sweet note by making Chinese milk tea with black tea, maple syrup and milk for a creamy dessert. Revel in your homemade feast and culinary skills you can take back to your own kitchen.
