Then, whip up a flavorful dressing with sesame oil and black bean paste. Then, master the art of making steamed buns from scratch. You'll learn how to make the dumpling dough as well as the filling with savory beef, bok choy and green onions seasoned with ginger. Then, master the technique of steaming the buns until pillowy and fluffy. Finish the class by making mango rice with coconut milk and fresh mangoes for a creamy and tropical dessert.
