Under the expert guidance of Chef Elena, you'll learn how to make three delicious sweet bread treats from scratch. Begin the class by making a simple dough with flour, salt, eggs and yeast. Spread out butter and add brown sugar and cinnamon to make gooey cinnamon rolls that are best enjoyed fresh from the oven. Next, make star bread from scratch with dark chocolate twisted through. Enjoyed warm, the chocolate adds a melty texture and rich flavor. Finish the class by making a maple and pecan babka with a hint of spice from the cinnamon. This fluffy, braided sweet bread will be your new go-to homemade dessert. Bring the bakery to your home with these three sweet recipes.
