Cooking Class: Make Fresh-Baked Artisan Bread
Bake bread fresher than your local bakery in this hands-on cooking class taught by Chef Elena.
You'll learn how to make three savory breads to enjoy at home or your next gathering. Begin the class by learning how to make the perfect focaccia dough from scratch. You'll make a soft and airy loaf flavored with fresh rosemary and garlic that will serve as the perfect side. Next, learn how to make a four-strand braided bread topped with black and white sesame seeds and flaky Maldon salt. Then, mix gouda, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese to make a cheesy garlic pull-apart bread seasoned with marjoram and oregano. These three breads will become a classic at your dinner table.

Chef Elena puts on a good time. She is very knowledgeable in the space, providing additional tidbits of info you might not get elsewhere. A very comfortable and enjoyable time; not to mention tasty breads. If you are looking for something to do for a date night, to learn a bit of baking or even do something different - you should atleast try once.
