Cooking Class: Handmade Fettuccine Pasta and Sauce

Discover just how simple it is to make pasta dough, then roll and cut your own fettuccine noodles at home under the guidance of a professional chef in this one-of-a-kind cooking class! Chef Chris is well-trained in Italian cooking techniques, and is ready to share his expert knowledge with you. 


You'll begin by learning how to make pasta dough from scratch, then roll it to perfection and cut your own fettuccine noodles. Next, Chef Chris will teach you how to make your choice of homemade sauces: a basil and hazelnut pesto or spicy cherry tomato sauce.


Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during class.

Chef Chris was working as an Italian teacher at UC Berkeley when he discovered his passion for cooking. Ever since then, he has been following his passion of cooking and teaching with a focus on regional Italian cuisine. He even co-founded a culinary event business to highlight his skills. Chef Chris teaches an array of different highly regarded cooking classes, many of which are created for corporate teambuilding. He also currently provides walking food tours of Little Italy.
