Cooking Class: Make Epic Fettuccine and Creamy Alfredo
After taking this hands-on cooking class, you'll never want store-bought pasta again!
Under the guidance of Chef Sean, you'll learn the time-honored recipe to make fresh fettuccine and a creamy alfredo sauce to pair with it. You'll begin the class by whipping up pasta dough from scratch with flour, eggs and olive oil. Master the technique to knead the dough, roll it out into sheets and cut it into fettuccine noodles. As the pasta boils, combine butter, cream and Parmesan cheese into a creamy Alfredo sauce seasoned with garlic and parsley.

I enjoyed the class very much. Maybe next time have two cooking stations, as one wasn't able to accommodate the group. The class size was great -20 should be the limit; people could socialize. Also maybe start earlier, even just 30 minutes, as it went very late and we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the food. And bring napkins!!!🙂
