To begin the class, Chef Stephen will teach you how to properly salt and season the water to make flavorful gnocchi. As the potato pasta boils, you'll begin preparing the pesto sauce. Practice your knife skills to chop fresh Italian basil and garlic. Then, combine the herbs with pistachio, olive oil and Parmesan Romano cheese to make a homemade pesto. Add heavy cream to make a decadent, creamy sauce. Mix in the gnocchi and garnish with more basil and Parmesan cheese and enjoy your authentic Tuscan dish.

Great class! Chef Steve was amazing. He explained each step and we got to do hands on cooking with him. Chef Steve is the real deal. Such a fun class! Highly recommend. The food we made and ate was great.
