Cooking Class: Craft Pasta Alfredo From Scratch With Chef Lucas

You'll learn the time-honored techniques to create pasta from scratch and a homemade alfredo sauce to pair with it. To begin the class, you'll learn the recipe to make pasta dough using flour, eggs, salt and olive oil. Plus, master the technique of kneading the dough, rolling it out and cutting it into perfect fettucini noodles. Then, whip up a homemade Alfredo sauce with milk and Parmesan cheese paired with seasoned tender chicken. Then, mix in the pasta and end the class by enjoying your homemade feast.

We had an amazing experience learning how to make fresh pasta! Chef Lucas and his team were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm and welcoming, creating a fun and engaging environment. The hands-on approach made it easy to follow, and we left with both new skills and great memories.
