Chef Kami will guide you through the recipe to make a creamy vegan ramen you won't be able to get enough of. During this class, you'll practice your knife skills to chop onion, garlic, ginger, shiitake mushrooms and more as ingredients for this decadent ramen. Then, learn to make a savory and creamy broth with chili oil, soy sauce, miso paste and soy milk. Add in your fresh vegetables along with tofu, noodles and seaweed and allow the ramen to simmer. Finish off with green onions and enjoy your steaming bowl of comfort. This dish will have you going back for seconds and feeling proud of your culinary skills.
