Chef Kami will teach you how to make vegan birria tacos and a refreshing agua fresca to enjoy with them. Begin the class by chopping carrots, cilantro and onion to fill your birria stew. Season it with guajillo and ancho peppers to add flavor and spice. Once everything is cooked together, you'll layer the birria onto corn tortillas. Plus, mix up hibiscus, organic cane sugar and water into a delightful agua fresca. Enjoy this plant-based meal you've created from scratch and revel in your newfound culinary skills.
