Cooking Class: Festive Sweets for the Holidays

Under the guidance of Chef Jay, you'll learn how to make two decadent dishes that will brighten your holiday dessert table. To start the class, you'll learn how to make a traditional panettone. Fill this classic Italian sweet bread with fresh raisins and candied orange peels. Give it a pop of flavor with lemon zest and vanilla. And add a hint of rum for richness. Next, you'll learn how to make a brioche dough from scratch and the technique to roll and shape it. Turn it into a silky chocolate babka swirled with chocolate and syrup. These sweet baked breads will fill your home with delicious scents and delight your tastebuds the entire holiday season.
