In this cooking class, you'll learn about the distinct flavors and techniques that go into creating the classic paella. As you combine tender chicken and spicy chorizo in a pan full of aromatic rice, you'll discover why key ingredients like high-quality saffron and paprika are so important for an authentic taste. While your paella simmers away, you'll craft a beautiful side salad with Tuscan kale, toasted Marcona almonds and slivers of rich Manchego cheese. This session highlights Mediterranean flavors and textures in an interactive way!
