Cooking Class: Brunch With a Latin Twist
Elevate your brunch game in this lively cooking class led by master Chef Luna.
This hands-on session starts with a selection of fresh seasonal fruits prepared in the traditional Mexican style, followed by a lesson in making crispy chilaquiles with tortilla chips, salsa and a protein of your choice. Chef Luna will then show you how to make perfectly fried beans followed by a delightful dessert of fresh strawberries paired with hand-whisked cream. By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to prepare a Mexican-inspired brunch featuring authentic menu items in the comfort of your own home.
