Cooking Class: Create Perfect Spicy Tuna Rolls With Chef Stephen
This immersive cooking class with Chef Stephen will bring out your inner sushi chef!
Under the guidance of Chef Stephen, you'll learn how to craft an authentic spicy tuna roll from scratch. Begin the class by learning the secret to making the perfect sticky sushi rice seasoned with rice wine vinegar. Then, improve your knife skills and learn the proper method to julienne your vegetables. You'll also learn the technique to cut and season sushi-grade ahi tuna. Begin assembling your sushi by spreading the rice onto nori sheets and layer the fish and vegetables. Master the technique of rolling sushi with a mat before slicing your rolls. Serve pickled ginger and wasabi on the side and enjoy your homemade spicy tuna rolls.
