Discover how to shape Tuscan ravioli in this cooking class with Chef Jasmine at a local brewery!
Under the guidance of Chef Jasmine, you'll learn how to make a rustic ravioli from scratch. You'll begin the class by making pasta dough from scratch with flour, eggs and olive oil. Chef Jasmine will teach you the technique of kneading the dough and rolling it out into perfect sheets. Next, make a creamy ravioli filling with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses paired with Italian seasoning. Then, you'll learn how to form and seal your ravioli. As the pasta boils, craft a rustic Tuscan sauce with fresh tomatoes, cream and spinach and finish with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
Pair your dish with a refreshing craft beer from the brewery’s rotating selection (available for purchase) for the ultimate flavor experience!
