Infuse a little holiday cheer into your next pasta night with this hands-on cooking class instructed by Chef Andrea.
In this fun cooking class, Chef Andrea will guide you in making homemade ravioli in fun, festive colors. You'll begin the class by making pasta dough from scratch using flour eggs and water. Add natural dyes and ingredients like kale and paprika to color the dough. Then, knead it and roll it out into sheets. Chef Andrea will make spinach and ricotta and butternut squash fillings in advance to use in your ravioli. On the side, enjoy a refreshing mixed green salad with feta cheese crumbles, pear and red onion drizzled with a honey mustard dressing. And the end of the class, enjoy a decadent orange almond cake for dessert to end on a sweet note.
