Transport yourself to the Thai tropics in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Sarah.
In this class, you'll learn how to capture the flavors of Thai cuisine in a decadent multi-course meal. Begin the class by using fresh vegetables to make crisp salad rolls served with homemade peanut sauce for dipping. Skewer shrimp, pineapple and vegetables and learn how to grill them to perfection and serve alongside a tangy cabbage slaw sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Next, make a creamy pumpkin curry with vegetables, tofu or chicken and a creamy cucumber and herb dip served over a bed of fluffy rice. Finish the meal on a sweet note with a sticky coconut rice pudding wrapped in banana leaves topped with a fresh, sweet mango for dessert.

Sarah, it was very nice and professional. She gave us so much advice not just for Thai food but in cooking generally that we learned so much. Teaching us different flavors, profiles and other ways to elevate food. Thank you so much Sarah for taking the time. Would definitely recommend her.

Seems like it was her first time teaching this class so it was not that well prepared. People got to take their own filling so some people could take as much tuna as they want and there was not enough for the last few people. At the end I didn't get to try any fish at all in my sushi, I only had cucumber avocado and cream cheese in my sushi. I think it would be better if she portioned the material for everyone. The class was nothing like I expected and I was not doing any better in making sushi than I was before I joined the class. I think it was quite a waste of time and money, good thing I got the class with discounted price but I wish I had selected another class.
