Under the guidance of Chef Miguel, you'll learn how to make three dishes to serve to guests or enjoy yourself. Begin the class on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate raspberry cake. You'll learn how to whip up the cake batter from scratch and add a hint of lavender for a depth of flavor. During this class, you'll also learn how to master puff pastry to make pithivier and pale sale. Whip up a decadent pastry cream to top the pithivier, along with a sprinkle of almonds. Then, make a savory tart with ground meat and a medley of spices.
