Practice your knife skills to chop cucumber, herbs, garlic and mango to make spring rolls. Layer these fresh ingredients with rice noodles and shrimp, and then master the art of rolling them up. Whip up a dipping sauce with fish sauce, garlic and nuoc cham to serve alongside the spring rolls. Next, you'll learn how to make traditional Korean glass noodles with flank steak, shiitake mushrooms and sweet potatoes. You'll learn the techniques to stir-fry your ingredients like a professional. For dessert, use glutinous rice, coconut milk and mango to make a decadent and sweet sticky mango rice.
