Learn how to make an Italian feast from scratch in this fun cooking class.
To begin the class, enjoy a Mediterranean salad with mixed greens and a homemade salad dressing prepared in advance by the chef. Next, whip up pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and water. Master the technique of kneading and rolling the dough, then cutting it into fettuccine noodles. As the pasta boils, cook up a savory turkey Bolognese or an earthy walnut and spinach pesto. Toss your pasta in the pasta sauces before enjoying your handcrafted meal. Finish with a homemade ice cream prepared in advance by Chef Jason for a sweet dessert.
