Begin the class by practicing knife skills to chop a variety of vegetables for eggrolls. Layer your mixed vegetables on wrappers and learn the technique to fold them like a pro before frying them to golden perfection. Next, cook up tender shrimp in a spicy honey and soy sauce you can pair with it. Next, cook tender chicken and crisp vegetables with a classic hot and sour sauce served over lo mein noodles. At the end of the meal, enjoy a sweet ice cream treat prepared by the chef in advance for dessert.
