Chef Jason will teach you the basics of rolling sushi from scratch in this fun cooking class.
Begin the class by learning how to make the perfect seasoned sushi rice to be the base of your rolls. Practice knife skills to chop fresh vegetables. Then, spread rice on nori sheets and layer your choice of vegetables, sushi-grade fish and grab sticks. Chef Jason will teach you how to master the technique of rolling your sushi like a chef and slicing it into bite-sized pieces. End the meal on a sweet note by enjoying homemade ice cream prepared in advance by Chef Jason.
