Practice knife skills as you chop cabbage, garlic, scallions and water chestnuts. Then, combine with ground ginger and ground pork and season with ginger. Master the art of folding dumpling wrappers like a professional, then learn how to steam and fry them until golden perfection. Whip up a seasoned sauce for dipping with soy sauce and scallions. Finish by crafting a refreshing cucumber salad drizzled with a decadent black vinegar dressing to enjoy on the side.
