Chef Jason is the kind of instructor you hope to get in any cooking class: skilled, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you learn. I took his gnocchi class and left not only full from the all gnocchi we made (and ate) along with the sauces to pair, but with a fun memory with my partner and a few new tricks I’ll actually use in the kitchen. He kept instructions clear and easy to follow, weaving in tips that apply to more than just gnocchi. Things like how to choose the right ingredients, where to find quality produce, and simple techniques that make a real difference. It was the kind of insight that goes a long way. What really stood out was how grounded he is. From the start, the class felt relaxed and welcoming. A guy with just a real passion for food and for helping people learn. If you're looking for someone who knows their craft and knows how to teach it, Chef Jason is a real gem.
