Under the guidance of Chef Anthony, you'll learn how to make pasta and sauce from scratch for a fresh Italian feast. Begin the class by learning the time-honored recipe to make pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and olive oil. Then, master the art of kneading the dough and cutting it into fettuccini. As the pasta boils, cook up fresh tomato flavored with garlic and basil to make a homemade marinara sauce. Toss the pasta into the sauce before enjoying your authentic feast.

From the description of the class and pictures advertised, I thought that we would actually be making pasta! That was my biggest disappointment. I also feel like we taught ourselves how to make the sauce (were handed instructions) and the chef just supervised us, not much like a “class”. There were also not enough burners to use, so a lot of us had to wait while others finished, ate, and left. Even group may have prevented this. I’m still willing to try another class, but it definitely needs to be more organized.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We did NOT make pasta. We made a simple sauce from a google print-out recipe. Not enough ingredients or cooking stations for the number of people in the class. The pasta was pre-made from a box before the class and the chef just stood there taking selfies while we “cooked” by ourselves. Would not recommend the class at all, and will be seeking a full refund.
