Discover the time-honored recipes to craft fresh coastal flavors. Begin the meal by grilling artichokes seasoned with spices and served with homemade garlic aioli and crusty bread. Braise halibut, cod or salmon to create a tender and juicy fish served over pasta with fresh tomatoes and fennel in a rich white wine sauce. On the side, enjoy zesty lemon garlic green beans to refresh your palate. Whip up a sweet honey cake with honey and butter for a decadent dessert to end your meal.
