You'll learn how to cook escargot with a rich butter and garlic sauce and serve on a crispy baguette. Then, master the art of making a rustic ratatouille dish with fresh eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini and Provençal herbs. Craft an authentic French omelet and learn the secrets to making the perfect poached egg. Finish on a sweet note by making crispy thin crêpes filled with homemade fruit jams for a decadent dessert.

The experience was like being on a TV cooking show! The professional kitchen, spacious dining area and walk-in cooler provided a unique and immersive setting. We loved sitting down to create our vegan dishes and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the garden room.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher. Her passion for vegan cooking was infectious and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. I learned so much about plant-based ingredients and techniques and I can't wait to try out some of the recipes at home. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in vegan cuisine.
