Under the guidance of Chef Dix, you'll learn how to make sushi from scratch like a professional. To begin class, you'll layer sushi rice, smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber on nori to make a fresh Philadelphia roll. Next, add surimi, avocado and cucumber to make a traditional California roll. Finally, roll up cucumber and sushi rice to make a cucumber roll. Plus, you'll learn the secret to making the perfect seasoned sushi rice every time and the technique to roll your sushi tight like a professional.
