Cooking Class: Craft Pasta From Scratch With Chef Dix
Discover how delicious fresh pasta can be in this immersive cooking class.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Dix, you'll learn the time-honored technique for handcrafting pasta and a farm-fresh marinara sauce to pair with it. Begin the class by making a simple pasta dough by combining flour, eggs, olive oil and salt. Then, master the technique for kneading the dough and shaping it into pasta. As the pasta boils, whip up a homemade marinara sauce with fresh tomatoes, olive oil and butter flavored with garlic and basil. Cook the pasta until al dente and toss it into the marinara sauce. Serve it up and enjoy your homemade Italian feast.
Plus, take your newfound culinary skills to elevate the dishes in your own kitchen!
