Cooking Class: Make Ravioli With Chef Jesse at a Local Brewery
Discover why fresh pasta reigns supreme in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jesse.
During this class, you'll learn how to make a handcrafted zesty lemon ricotta ravioli, starting with fresh pasta dough. Begin by combining semolina flour and eggs to make pasta dough from scratch. Then, master the time-honored technique to knead the dough and roll it into sheets. Then, whip up the creamy ricotta filling flavored with lemon. Add the filling to the pasta then cut out the ravioli. Cook them until they're perfectly al denta and pair them with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese before serving.
