Under the guidance of Chef Matthew, you'll learn how to create this delicious cheese from scratch. Begin the class with an introduction to the ingredients and techniques to craft mozzarella cheese using whole milk. Plus, discover the portions to add citric acid, kosher salt and vegetable rennet. Then, Chef Matthew will teach the techniques to stretch and pull the cheese into perfect portions to cut into balls. You'll end the class by learning how to pair your fresh mozzarella with tomato slices or rustic Italian bread drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

He demonstrated great reliability and commitment during his time providing chef and culinary for myself and my children. Matthew has a knack for cooking and his experience shines, he loves what he does. His patience for teaching/cooking with the kids was almost natural, to work with stressful demands characterized by independence and responsibility. Matthew's relation to cooking and teaching children how to cook was exemplary at all times. Whether it was making pizza dough, pasta dough, or on holiday occasion for desserts. We had him one Easter showcase to create an entire carrot cake roll dessert.
