Join Chef Sean for an immersive experience making tacos, salsa and guacamole. The class will begin by preparing fresh corn tortillas using masa harina. Fry them until golden brown and crispy. Then, practice knife skills by chopping tomatoes, red onions and cilantro for a fresh red salsa. Mash avocados with a squeeze of lime juice to make a homemade guacamole. Finally, pile your tacos high with chicken, homemade sauces and various toppings to make a customized homemade taco. I enjoyed the class very much. Maybe next time have two cooking stations, as one wasn't able to accommodate the group. The class size was great -20 should be the limit; people could socialize. Also maybe start earlier, even just 30 minutes, as it went very late and we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the food. And bring napkins!!!🙂
