Begin with Meatchetta, a hearty dish made with Italian sausage, bell peppers and onions. Next, learn how to cook the perfect herb-crusted Ribeye steak, seasoned with rosemary and thyme to enhance the rich flavor of the ribeye. Complement the meal with a side of tender roasted asparagus, infused with garlic and olive oil. To finish on a sweet note, indulge in the decadent banana foster, flambéed with rum and banana liqueur.
