In this interactive cooking class, you'll explore the fundamentals of crafting both savory and sweet sushi.
You’ll begin by learning to roll sushi with perfectly seasoned rice and a vibrant selection of ingredients, such as cucumber, tuna, BBQ pork, mango and seaweed salad. Experiment with sauces like soy, eel and spicy mayo to create your own flavor combinations. To add a creative twist, dive into the world of sweet sushi, where you'll top your rolls with delightful options like fruit, chocolate and coconut. By the end of the class, you'll have the skills to create impressive sushi rolls for any occasion.
