Start with Meatchetta, which features spiced Italian sausage, garden fresh bell pepper and fragrant onion for a flavorful appetizer. Then, prepare an herb-crusted ribeye steak seasoned with savory rosemary and earthy thyme. You will learn to cook it to perfection. Complement your steak with roasted and perfectly charred asparagus seasoned with pungent garlic and healthy olive oil for a perfectly balanced dish. End the meal on a sweet note with a decadent Banana Foster, made with perfectly ripened banana, sweet Island rum and fruity banana liqueur.
