Using time-honored methods, he will teach you how to make light and fluffy Genoise sponge and create delicate meringue layers. You will then fill the light layers with velvety crème patisserie and rich diplomat cream. You will also practice essential culinary skills and learn vital tips and tricks to take home and use in your kitchen.
