Discover the flavors of Asian cuisine in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Karen.
Under her expert guidance, you'll learn how to make decadent Asian dishes using fresh ingredients.
Start the class by julienning vegetables to fill crispy spring rolls and whip up a rich peanut sauce to dip them in. Next, embrace your inner sushi chef to make salmon avocado rolls. Learn how to make the perfect sushi rice to layer with nori and sushi-grade salmon. Plus, make a wasabi mayo to drizzle on top. Mix up soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil to make a flavorful stir-fry sauce for pan-fried garlic noodles topped with fresh green onions. End the meal on a sweet note with a matcha ice cream float topped with homemade whipped cream.

Chef Karen was great, we loved her energy and she was so fun to be around! The pizzas turned out delicious! Definitely would recommend this experience.

We had a wonderful time in Chef Karen’s pizza making class. The instructions were clear, informative, and we all learned some great cooking tips. The pizza’s turned out delicious! I would highly recommend taking a class with Chef Karen for a fun and yummy experience.

With over 20 years of kitchen experience, Chef Karen has done it all, from earning culinary degrees in pastry and restaurant management to working with Michelin-star chefs. She began cooking Southern soul food at age seven and now owns and operates her own catering company. She's even prepared gourmet dishes for A-listers and celebrity clients! It's all part of Chef Karen's mission of, "Building a greater community one smile at a time."
