Braise short ribs with an aromatic red wine and horseradish sauce. Then, serve it atop a baked potato with melted sharp cheddar cheese and chives. Cook up a crispy pork belly flavored with five Asian spices for a fusion of flavors with cheddar, green onion and sour cream. Take your potato to the coast with a seaside potato with baked krab topped with a white bechamel sauce, melted Swiss cheese and Old Bay seasoning. After enjoying these decadent baked potatoes, you'll never want a simple one again!

We enjoyed the class and Chef did the best with what he was given. HOWEVER, the location was not effectively coordinated and the class was held outside. Because of this it was disorganized & lacked enough space. Administration needs to do a better job in working with the sites to ensure that goals are met.

It was very Simple, Clear & Fast at 100% ilo be there at any class of Chef David but I'm available Monday, Wednesday night ; friday morning . Next time I'll bring friends with me
