Cooking Class: Signature Sushi Rolls

Unleash your inner sushi chef in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Marc. Under expert guidance, you'll learn the techniques to make various authentic sushi rolls.


Begin the class by making vinegared rice and top it with raw fish slices and side of wasabi to make a classic nigiri. Transform thinly sliced raw fish into sashimi. Discover how to wrap rice and fillings into nori sheets to make maki and temaki. Then, add caviar to make an elevated uramaki. Combine egg, vegetables, rice and sashimi to make chirashi, a fresh sushi bowl. With these delicious recipes, you'll turn your kitchen into your own personal sushi restaurant.
