Chef Jeff is an expert in the local culinary scene who will teach you how to make traditional Italian dishes from scratch. You'll begin by assembling an antipasto bruschetta with fresh tomato, roasted pepper and Parmesan cheese topping crisp bread. Next, learn the traditional recipe to make pasta dough from scratch and the time-honored technique to knead and shape it into tagliatelle. Cook a rustic beef bolognese with onions, garlic and tomatoes to pair with the tagliatelle. On the side, enjoy Brussels sprouts roasted with garlic and bacon. Then, make a decadent cannoli filled with sweet cream and topped with chocolate chips and almonds for dessert.
