Cooking Class: Crafting Spicy Fettuccine
Chef Jeff, an expert in the local culinary scene, will teach you the recipes and techniques of Southern Italian cuisine in this cooking class. You'll begin the class by baking crispy bread to bruschetta, topped with fresh tomatoes and basil and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Then, whip up a pasta dough from scratch and cut it into fresh fettuccine. As the pasta cooks, whip up a spicy Vesuvious sauce with green peppers, onions and garlic. Roast broccoli and top with Parmesan cheese and garlic for a side bursting with flavor. Indulge in an authentic cannoli with a golden-fried shell filled with cream sweetened with honey and vanilla for dessert.
