This decadent Italian dessert is whipped and with a rich flavor; it's the perfect treat to satisfy a sweet tooth. Learn the technique to whip egg yolks and sugar into a smooth and foamy sauce. Then, practice knife skills to chop mixed berries to serve as the base of the dish. Top the berries with the sabayon and add a fresh garnish before diving into your decadent dessert.
