Discover the intricacies of homemade Italian in this immersive cooking class.
Under the guidance of Chef Brandon, you'll learn how to make fettuccine from scratch. You'll begin by making a from-scratch pasta dough using all-purpose flour, eggs, sea salt and extra-virgin olive oil. Master the technique to mix and knead the dough then shape and cut it into fettuccine. As the pasta cooks, whip up a rich four-cheese sauce to pair with it. On the side, a homemade Caesar salad made from crisp romaine lettuce topped with your choice of Caesar dressing, croutons and a sprinkle of fresh Parmesan cheese. End the experience on a sweet note by preparing a decadent chocolate mousse. Whip together heavy cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and a pinch of sea salt to create delicious chocolate mousse.
