No need to order takeout when you have the recipes from this hands-on cooking class. Chef Brandon will teach you traditional Indian cooking techniques to make the best curry chicken.
To begin the class, you'll practice knife skills to dice onion and chicken. Sauté the onion until they're perfectly golden brown and season with garlic, curry powder, cinnamon and ginger. Add in the tender chicken and yogurt and coconut milk to make it creamy. You'll learn the technique to cook it perfectly until it's tender and flavorful in just 35 minutes. Taste and revel in your new favorite dinner dish and your newfound culinary skills
