Cooking Class: Authentic Taco From Scratch
Taco Tuesday turns gourmet with this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Mesha. Make tacos like you've never experienced them before: hand-crafted using ultra-fresh, seasonal produce and traditional techniques. The tortilla is arguably one of the most important parts of a good taco, and you can't go wrong with hand-mixed masa, pressed into thin tortillas and flame-kissed to perfection. Slice, dice and mix green peppers, roasted corn, red onion, tomato and more as you whip up fresh pico-style salsas to top marinated chicken or veggies and plenty of melted Monterrey Jack cheese. Whisk together two zesty cremas to drizzle on top for the finishing touch.
