Cooking Class: Make the Best Pizza at Home

No pizza oven necessary for world-class pizzas, all thanks to this hands-on cooking class. Learn from Chef Jen how to make the best pizza, totally from scratch, using your stovetop. Start by kneading your own pizza dough to create an airy, slightly chewy texture. Make an individual pizza using your cast iron skillet, starting by pre-cooking the dough a bit to make sure it cooks all the way through. Layer plenty of shredded cheese on homemade tomato sauce with all your favorite toppings like sliced bell peppers, onions, pepperoni and fresh basil. Expertly slide your pizza out onto a cutting board after it rests, then slice and enjoy.
