Cooking Class: Summertime Scratch-Made Pasta
Skip the busy Italian restaurant while enjoying the same mouthwatering dishes, made by hand in this cooking class. See why homemade pasta is worth the extra effort as you knead together a beautiful golden dough of eggs, flour and sea salt under the guidance of Chef Rawan. Roll it out and slice it into long, rustic Tagliatelle noodles that boil up to be perfectly tender and chewy. Roast cherry tomatoes right off the vine with red chili flakes, garlic and onion to toss with your noodles. The long pieces and rough edges help to hold the sauce, along with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, delivering magic in every bite.

Chef Rawan provided outstanding food and service to my family and friends with unique menu offerings, paired with excellent wines as well. We especially enjoyed the desert offerings as they were so different to anything we found elsewhere. Looking forward to having her back again soon.
