Cooking Class: Bite-Sized French Macarons From Scratch
Level up your baking skills with this immersive cooking class that's all about macarons. These delicate French cookies are notoriously tricky, but thanks to guidance from a Chef Rawan, you'll end up with perfect cookie sandwiches. Whisk together a light-as-air batter, flavored with salted caramel, then carefully pipe it onto circles to bake up, aiming to achieve the perfect "pied" or foot. After the cookies cool, neatly stack them with a layer of homemade French buttercream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce in between.

Chef Rawan provided outstanding food and service to my family and friends with unique menu offerings, paired with excellent wines as well. We especially enjoyed the desert offerings as they were so different to anything we found elsewhere. Looking forward to having her back again soon.
